Well that is a first! You would think after doing hundreds of weddings, I would be able to find the bride’s house – nope, not this time. I started off the day coming from another wedding out in Burnaby, got dropped off by my lovely boyfriend, walked right into the gates, right up to the steps of the house where the door was open and welcoming me in… aaaaaaaaaaand completely walked into the wrong persons house.. haha oops! After calling the boyfriend back, and getting him to come back, pick me up and take me to the right house – I finally arrived! I was greeted by an excited family, who whisked me upstairs where my other artist Brittany was waiting (and laughing) for me.
Adria and I completely hit it off during her trial – turns out she’s the kind of girl who’s not afraid to get dirty, and was telling me about the times she went shooting, and hunting and so much more.. As I was doing her makeup, I was telling her all about my cousins out in Manitoba who had three deer (elk, moose? – if your reading this family – don’t laugh at me – i’m a city girl.) with their antlers all intertwined, and was determined to find it and show her a photo. These are the BEST kind’s of trials – Adria felt like an old friend who I hadn’t seen in a while, and we were just catching up!
This photo completely captures the type of woman Adria is – always with a smile on her face.
Enough of me chatting – check out some more photos of Adria and Sean’s special day below!
(My kinda girl!!)
How fun are these two? I can only imagine how much fun their entire day was! I am so glad we got to be a part of at least the morning of this memorable day!
